Boundary Museum

Welcome to Whoville

Our Tree focuses on "Things to Do" in Grand Forks and the area. It will be done in stunning white and teal colours with handcrafted advent calendar pieces stuffed with Things to do in the Boundary.

And our tree will have $400 in treats too!

While the Grinch tends to wait until the Spring before attempting to ruin Grand Forks, Christmas is an
opportunity to rally against the evil forces waiting to take advantage of the snowmelt to flood once
again our beautiful valley. Grand Forks’ history is a story of resilience and of people coming together to
defeat adversity through several catastrophic events.

Over the past 6 years, this community has rebuilt itself as a haven for whoever wants to participate in
the reconstruction and the revitalization of Sunshine Valley. However, in recent years, the community
has had to deal with another sort of grinch, which is the hardship of losing many of its most valued

members, leading to an erosion of the cultural character of the town.

However, as it always has be done in the past, the community will rise to the challenge of bringing Grand Forks’ incredible history to the forefront so that future generations settling in this valley will be able to carry on the legacy left behind by pioneers.
